To boost the voter turnout, an E-voter slip system has been introduced by ShailendraBhadauria. It has been used in 2022 UP assembly elections as pilot project to Bhartiya Janta Party.

This technology consist of an App named “Victory App” connected with the database of voter list of the constituency. The voter slips were being printed thorough the app which was also connected to handy Bluetooth printer. This project was handled by a team 24 engineers & experts from Pratap University with the help local party leaders & workers.

Manual exercise of searching name in the electoral roll and making the slips is not only time taking but also a hindrance as many voters don’t like wasting too much time after reaching the booth. It is very easy to search a voter name in the app and his e-voter slip can be printed alongwith the candidate name and party symbol in the slip as branding. The candidate name slip can be removed easily while going for casting the vote. E-voter slips of people belongs to a single address can be taken out in a single click only.

As a pilot project more than one lakh slips were distributed in Varanasi a day before the polling. This innovative idea was first used in Sisamau, Kanpur resulted increase in 6% voting turnout.
