After a long wait of 500 years, grand preparations were being made for the consecration of Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya on 22 January 2024. Everyone was preparing for the celebration on this auspicious occasion. The entire atmosphere in Kanpur city was also filled with joy. Strongly associated with Ram Mandir Movement, Shailendra Bhadauria took this opportunity to celebrate the occasion in Kanpur.

Shailendra Bhadauria, Chancellor, Pratap University (Maharana Pratap Group) prepared a plan to celebrate Pran Pratishtha Mahotsav in Kanpur in the similar fashion as in Ayodhya. Under which it was decided to perform puja at 5 ancient temples of Kanpur city on the same day i.e. Monday 22 January 2024.

Along with the worship work, to connect people with the Pran Pratistha ceremony of Ayodhya, a plan was also prepared to show live telecast through huge LED screens at all the temples so that every person coming there can have a connection with Ayodhya Dham.

During this time, a grand Prasad Bhandara was also organized for the people so that every person could receive the Prasad with devotion.

These 5 ancient temples mainly included Shri Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple located in Panki, Valmiki Ashram and Sita Rasoi in Bithoor, Pawan Tanay Ashram located in Ranjitpur Bhaupur, Kudni Darbar Hanuman Temple of Bhognipur and Sun Temple located in Sharda Nagar. Arrangements were made to organize Ramkatha, Sunderkand recital, Havan etc. in these temples.
